At Lucky Punch, we are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining a seamless experience for our valued clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, we have established the following policies:

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our services, as they contain important information about your legal rights, obligations, and available remedies. They include limitations and exclusions as described below.

The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions, and any or all agreements: “Client,” “Member,” “Guest,” “Visitor,” “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing the website or using the services and accepting the company’s terms and conditions. “Lucky Punch Copenhagen,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Lucky Punch Denmark ApS. “Services” refers to the classes, events, facilities, and related offerings provided by us.

1. Scope of the Agreement

Lucky Punch Copenhagen provides boxing-inspired fitness classes, community events, and related products, services, content, and features through our website, app, and studio. By booking a class, purchasing a membership or package, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Access to the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless accompanied by a legal guardian or with written consent from a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or booking classes.
We own the information we collect from you (such as name, contact info, and payment details) and will use it only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, except as necessary to provide our services.
We may limit access to certain services or features from time to time.

3. Accounts & Account Security

Some services (including booking and payment) require creating an account.

  • You may not share your account or use someone else’s account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Authorized & Prohibited Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner. While using the Services, you are required to comply with all applicable laws, orders, rules, regulations and other laws that may be relevant in the jurisdiction where you receive the Services or reside.
In addition, we expect users of the Services to respect the rights and dignity of others.

5. Studio Policies & Etiquette

5.1 Studio Etiquette
We strive to offer a great experience to every guest, both regulars and first timers. Studio doors open at least 20 minutes before class starts. Please note the following cornerstones on studio etiquette:

  • For first timers, be ready at least 10 minutes before class starts. Our coach will make sure to give you the proper introduction so you can enjoy class, whilst avoiding any delay or disruptions for regulars.
  • Bring your own training gear (sports clothing, indoor shoes, water).
  • We provide boxing gloves, boxing wraps, and headphones.
  • Respect instructors, staff, and other members at all times.
  • Report any injury or health condition to your instructor before class.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct in Classes

We want every Lucky Punch session to be safe, enjoyable, and respectful. The following conduct will not be tolerated:

  • Wearing clothing that is unsafe, excessively revealing, or offensive.
  • Using equipment in a way it was not designed for.
  • Interfering with other participants’ workouts or distracting the instructor.
  • Recording or streaming any part of the class without prior written consent.*
  • Attending class under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Using mobile phones for non-class purposes during a session.

Our instructors and staff reserve the right to remove anyone from class who violates these rules. We reserve the right to terminate your membership for breaching these terms.

5.3 *Studio Class Non-Recording Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that any form of recording or transmission (video, audio, still photography, streaming, social media postings, etc.) of Lucky Punch classes or activities is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of an authorized business manager. Lucky Punch instructors are not authorized to give consent. However, you are permitted to record and post lawful, non-offensive content related to your participation in a Lucky Punch class before and/or after a class with the consent of each participant identified in your content.

5.4 Schedule & Schedule Changes

The Lucky Punch monthly schedule will be posted 4 weeks in advance. Clients with memberships and class packages can reserve classes up to 2 weeks in advance. The booking window for reserving classes ends 1 minute before class start time.
Instructors are subject to change without notice. Please visit the Lucky Punch schedule for details.

5.5 Lost Items

If you have lost an item at the Lucky Punch Copenhagen studio you can come by anytime a class is scheduled and provide details to the host, they will check the lost & found. Please note that Lucky Punch is not responsible for any personal belongings at the studio. Forgotten items will be periodically donated to community organizations. We do not guarantee your items will be held at the studio for any length of time, so please pick up forgotten belongings as soon as possible. You assume all risk of loss of your personal belongings.

5.6 Health & Safety

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to take part in high-intensity exercise.
  • You have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.
  • You understand boxing/HIIT training carries inherent risks.
  • You have consulted your doctor if pregnant, recovering from injury, or with any medical concerns.
  • You are aware that classes feature loud music and a high-energy atmosphere.
  • You understand the training room temperature may vary based on class size and outside conditions.

Please listen to your body, stay hydrated, and use the correct form. If you feel unwell during class, stop and notify the instructor immediately. Lucky Punch Copenhagen is not responsible for injuries unless caused by our gross negligence.

5.7 Non Harassment Policy

Lucky Punch Copenhagen has zero tolerance for any unwelcome, inappropriate, or offensive behaviour by staff, members, or guests. If you believe you have experienced such behaviour, whether during a class, in the studio, or at any Lucky Punch event, we encourage you, if you feel comfortable, to address the person directly and let them know their behaviour is unwelcome.
We also ask that you immediately report the incident to Lucky Punch Denmark by emailing denmark@luckypunch-boxing.com.
When making a report, please include as much detail as possible in writing, such as:

  • Date, time, and location of the incident (including studio location and class)
  • Names of any witnesses
  • What was said or done
  • Any other relevant facts or circumstances

Lucky Punch will investigate all reports in good faith and seek to ensure a fair process for everyone involved. We will maintain confidentiality as far as practicable. However, fulfilling our responsibility to investigate and take corrective action may require disclosing certain information. As such, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

6. Membership/Packages, Purchases & Refunds

6.1 General Terms
We sell class packages, monthly memberships, and some goods & merchandise. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. We may make improvements and/or changes to our products and services, add new features, or discontinue a product or service at any time without notice. We also:

  • Reserve the right to change the products and services advertised or offered for sale through our services, the prices or specifications of such products and services, and any promotional offers at any time without notice or liability to you or any other person.
  • Cannot guarantee that our products or services advertised or offered for sale will be available when ordered or thereafter.
  • Reserve the right to limit quantities of products or services sold or made available for sale.
  • Do not warrant that information on our website, apps, or provided in the studio (including, without limitation, product descriptions, colours, photographs, or availability) is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  • Reserve the right to change, cancel, terminate, or fail to process orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information on our Website or App is inaccurate, where we have insufficient quantities to fulfil an order, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. If we do not process an order for such a reason, we will either not charge you or will credit the payment method used in the order.

Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusions or disclaimers of certain implied warranties, so some of the provisions of this section may not apply to you.

6.2 Membership & Packages

Classes and membership packages are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on purchases of our classes and membership packages. We offer a variety of class packs and memberships so that everyone can find a set-up that works. We encourage you to try out workout before purchasing a bigger package or membership.

  • Class packages have expiration dates (shown at purchase).
  • Packages and memberships are personal and non-transferable.
  • Packages and memberships are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Memberships are ongoing and continue until terminated in accordance with clause 6.4.
  • It is not possible to suspend memberships in the middle of a payment period. Memberships can only be suspended after the end of the binding period.
  • We may allow membership freezes for medical reasons (proof required).

Changes to personal data such as name, address, email, telephone number, bank, account number, etc. must be notified to Lucky Punch Copenhagen immediately. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that Lucky Punch Copenhagen has the member’s correct contact details at all times. 6.3 Minimum commitment period membership

The commitment period varies per membership model, the overall minimum available membership is the first calendar month in which you sign up and then one full calendar month thereafter.

6.4 Termination of membership

Memberships linked to ‘Automatic withdrawal’ can be terminated at any time. Termination
is done on the member’s own profile page.
Memberships that are not linked to ‘automatic withdrawal’ must be terminated before the end of the current period by letter or email to denmark@luckypunch-boxing.com. The cancellation is valid from the date of receipt.
If there is any doubt as to whether a membership has been cancelled, the member must be able to prove that cancellation has indisputably taken place with a date and receipt from Lucky Punch Copenhagen.

6.5 Third-Party Purchases

Purchases or bookings made via Bruce, ClassPass, or other third-party platforms are subject to their terms and refund policies. We cannot process refunds or credits for bookings made outside the Lucky Punch booking system.

6.6 VAT

If we are legally required to charge VAT on products, it will be automatically added to your purchase.

6.7 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via our agreement with Frisbii/Clearhaus and third parties (including Bruce and ClassPass). Their terms and policies may apply.

6.8 Terms and conditions for automatic payment

Members of Lucky Punch Copenhagen can sign up for automatic payment of subscriptions by logging in to luckypunchboxing.yogo.dk.

  • By signing up for automatic payment, the member agrees that Lucky Punch Copenhagen may automatically debit the stated subscription price from the stated payment card.
  • When a member signs up for/changes their subscription to automatic payment, a confirmation receipt and login code will be sent.
  • It is the member’s own responsibility to ensure that the correct account card details are provided.
  • The subscription will not be renewed if the member changes cards or the card has been closed. An email will be sent to the member informing them that the subscription will not be renewed and that the account card details must be updated.

6.9 Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at purchase and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We may change or discontinue promotions at any time.

7. Reservations, Cancellations & No-Shows

You are responsible for managing your own bookings and cancellations through our system or app / via third parties within the framework of our cancellation policy.
We follow a 12-hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be re-credited to your account for future use. This only applies to credits and memberships.

  • Cancellation policy: Cancel at least 12 hours before your class to avoid fees.
  • Late cancel: 35 DKK fee (credit returned if cancellation within policy).
  • No-show: 80 DKK fee.

Third-party bookings (e.g., Bruce, ClassPass) follow their own cancellation rules.
If you arrive less than 5 minutes before class, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client.
To cancel your class reservation, log into your account on our Website, go to “Profile”, click “Bookings”, and click “Cancel” next to the class time in the App.

8. Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist (requires having a class credit in your account).

  • If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email notification. If the waitlist is cancelled or closed, you will also be notified.
  • If you receive a spot and can no longer attend, you must cancel according to our cancellation policy to avoid late-cancel or no-show fees.
  • Third-party platforms (e.g., Bruce, ClassPass) manage their own waitlists under their own rules. Please refer to their policies directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, class names, photos, videos, etc.) belongs to Lucky Punch Holding AG. You may not use it without written permission.
Please do not post or send us any user content, ideas, suggestions or other user content that you wish to keep private or proprietary or for which you expect to receive compensation. By submitting User Content to us directly or indirectly (including through any use of third-party social media platforms directed at us), you give us the opportunity to use the user content that we want.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and app and apply from their effective date.
